The tax thing: SEVeloteile is not subject to VAT. The prices therefore do not include Swiss VAT.

 

The thing with customs: The EU has abolished the duty-free limit. When shipping abroad, customs wants to see the local VAT, for example 19%  on the value of the goods plus shipping, plus any fees. There will be an invoice from your post office and, if you are not registered there, a collection ticket to pay at the counter.
